HOW TO BUY
If you have decided to buy our product, please email us the order in which they will be given a product code, quantity (number of packages-by product type) and + billing contact information.
In the note we can leave any question or message. Consequently it will inform you about the availability of goods and the delivery date.
DISPATCH OF GOODS
Goods will be delivered either personally or send you products Czech Post or DPD CZ sro
If ordering with a small number of items, goods usually ship within 48 hours from receipt of order, provided that the ordered items are in stock. If any item listed in the Order currently not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail or phone and we will offer you an alternative option or give you the earliest possible delivery date missing items.
PRICES
All prices quoted in our price list are exclusive of VAT and delivery.
The prices do not reflect quantity orders or discounts consulted individually by sampling quantity and requirements of each customer.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS
Goods customer paid either in cash, by bank transfer or COD. In the case of custom manufacturing or specific requirements for the delivery of the payment is paid in advance.
COMPLAINT AND WARRANTY
If goods are visibly damaged in shipment, do not accept it and make a complaint report with the postman.
